Here at EVE, you’ll see that use the words "Spiritual" and "Spirituality" many times. As these words have many definitions and connotations, we thought we’d take a moment and explain how we describe them.

To us, spirituality means the practice of aligning our physical, mental, and emotional energies with our soul. We believe this to include women from all different religious backgrounds, as well as no religious background. The Spiritual Path is a journey we take to find peace, joy, balance, and connection with a source of love that is larger than ourselves. We have no preference of what this source is called, but we know that it exists in each of us and also surrounds us.

By using resources and sharing the wisdom of others, we:

• Strive to create harmony between what we believe, say, do, and feel.
• Provide the space and tools for women to listen to their hearts and souls to find meaning in their lives.
• Open minds to possible answers in which to solve pressing questions.
• Intend to contribute positively to a world community.
